A PHASING SCHEDULE sets a timeframe for implementing capital projects identified in a campus plan. Projects often must be phased, either for logistical reasons (when a project must be sequenced with other projects) or to allow sufficient time for fundraising. A phasing schedule should reflect institutional priorities. Some projects do not need to be sequenced as they are independent and can be built at any time funds are available.
